Heart rate coherence analysis
Heart rate variability is recognized in medecine and cardiology as a physiological indicator of an individual’s state of health. More specifically, elevated heart rate variability indicates good health and emotional stability.
“Reduced heart-rate variability is associated with a number of health problems linked to stress and aging: high blood pressure, heart failure, complications due to diabetes, coronaries, sudden death and even cancer […] when variability is no longer present, one’s heart cannot respond to one’s emotions-- most importantly, when it can no longer slow down, death is likely.” Dr. David Servan-Schreiber - Guérir
After a few sessions of Love Enrrgetics®, this is an analysis of the heart's variability on a graph created with cardiac analysis software. The image in the following screen (see upper section) shows the biofeedback signal that measures the balance between the sympathetic nervous system (SNS) and the parasympathetic nervous system (PSNS). The other signal (at the bottom of the screen) measures the total energy level. After only a few Love Energetics® sessions, both «Bio-Balance» and «Total Energy» measurements have returned to normal levels.
